Heavy day. Have I mentioned that my heavy days now are not my heavy days of a couple years ago?

Headed home this weekend. Coming back with some workout clothes. Hotel gym, so nothing major as far as weights. But then I haven’t lifted pretty much anything in months so who knows what I’ll be able to handle. IDC, just as long as I can lift again.
