Shoulders and Tris today. I felt a little more tired than usual, so I had to keep the same amount of reps/weight as last time. Until I can do 12,10,10,and 8 reps in a set, I stay at the same weight. After I get that, I go up in weight and drop the rep count, then slowly build up again. It's really helped me build my strength.

Did shoulders today. Has to be one of my least favorite groups to work. Just for extra measure I did some DTP ez bar curls for Biceps as well. I don't usually do Bicep/shoulder splits, but it worked out this week.
:-)

You funny guys!
Elbow held up today, cut my number of exercises way down and cut my rest between sets to almost nil. Bent over rows, cable rows and barbell shrugs. That was it, about 20 sets in less than 30 minutes, and my back is toast.

Glad it held up Mr.Hog!
You know you had a good leg workout when you want to throw up.

When I was younger, Hujy, our leg day would consist of way too many sets of heavy squats, followed by a 10 minute drive to a toboggan hill down the raod. We would run sprints up the hill, our goal being 10. None of us ever made it, by run number 7 or so, either our hamstrings would lock up, or we would literally be puking our guts out.
I think it was around those days I began to train on an empty stomach, and do so to this day.

Took the day off to rest the right arm this morning. Back to it tomorrow AM...

Yep! No fun running up the big incline only to drop your cookies...

Yet we did it every week, week in and week out during the non-snow months. Ah, to be 20 again!

Rob hooked me up zemekone style! Besides the NO-Explode, he sent some ON BCCAs, some whey protein, a nice set of Bodybuilding.com lifting straps and an awesome Coast Guard pin. Best part might have been the note, complete with some artwork. Rob, I won't post a pic, but the art made me smile...Thank you, Brother, I will be hitting the NO-Explode tomorrow, been a long time since I used it.
:-)

Glad it got to you alright, Tom. It wasn't much, but I'm glad it'll go to good use. Enjoy, and get big!

Gonna give the NO-Explode a go in about 30, Rob.

One of the hardest Pilates classes to date. One chick brought her boyfriend to class and he was crying. I think the instructor as being devious that there were 4 guys in class. Chatted with a few gals and they thought the class was harder than usual.
My core has never been as strong, if only I could shed some fat, but that would mean less wine, cheese and meat...

Yeah they definitely LOVE to do that. The TRX instructor at my gym does that when the class fills up with noobs especially if they are men...
:-)
I wasn't feeling it today so I did Calves and Abs with 30 mins Cardio. Made it through even if I really didn't wanna be there today!
