Hit chest, tri, and shoulders tonight. 235x12,10,7,7 on the bench, 95x12,10,8,8 for skull crushers, and 70x12,10,8,8 for dumbbell shoulder presses were the highlights. Super-setted with other exercises in between. Good day, but I'm beat now.

Chest day for me, hit inclines and flat dumbbells, and some wirghted dips to finish off. Tomorrow will be some light legs (have a hockey game at night), and arms.

Worked back and biceps today. Really liking the reverse flyes for my upper back/trap area. Also threw in some barbell shrugs which is out of the ordinary for me. Good day over all. Hit the sauna afterwards, which was an awesome way to end the day.

Reverse flys or the cables... Love the exercise.

Chest tomorrow, think I will go for reps. I got myself a new toy.... Hemo Rage.

Reps for legs and heavy bi's today. Probably was a mistake doing legs on a gmae day, I didn't have much juice in the game.

Shoulders and tri's tomorrow, that shoudln't effect tomorrow night's game.

My usual 30 minutes of cardio and shoulders. May attempt a very light back routine tomorrow, see how I feel after work.

Resting today. Going to the range to practice rifle for a couple of hours instead.

Decided to do back instead. Seems like Mondays are chest days for everyone.

Tom, Hemo Rage is the ****. One of the best pumps I've had. Felt like a freaking beast today.

Standing bicep curls

Standing reverse curls
Standing upright row
Standing french press

Off day for me Tuesday. Don't feel like I need one, but I am forcing myself to take one. Should have a monster back workout Wednesday.

Did back tonight after work. Mind you, this the first time I have done back workout since the end of September after I hurt my back. Light weights with high reps and no tightening or muscle spasms, so it appears. Will have to take it easy so not to injure, but glad I can finally add the back routine to the weekly routine.

Made a real try at 225 on bench yesterday... felt close, but didn't get it... will probably try again Thursday. I actually feel like I will be able to do it. :-)

Don't curl your lower back! Make it an honest lift when it does happen.

Well I figured it was time to post in here. Its always fun to read this thread and since I started hitting the gym hard almost two years ago, its time to share!:-)

They don't call Monday National Chest Day for nothing...:-) I do my best to keep my splits so that Chest doesn't hit on Monday but sometimes it happens.

Did Chest/Triceps yesterday. Wasn't feeling it and my shoulder was a tad sore so I went high rep on chest and hit tris hard. Did some flat dumbbell presses and flyes, incline barbell press, Crossovers, then onto Tris.

Today is a high rep legs day. Doing between 20-50 reps on most exercises. Gonna fall over dead once I'm done...

Love it, Zach....I hate when chest falls on a Monday, competing for equipment with all the chest/bi Mon-Wed-Fri lifters. :-)

I am into toning. Treadmill, situps, pushups and reps with free weights. Not the type of power iron you guys are throwing around though. So not a lot thread wise to contribute. But just to say hi, I have been lurking around here as well.
