Mexico Cristal roasted to two levels french roast and vienna. Almost a sweet nut and chocolate flavor.

That wonderful Sumatran, with 4, super smooth, rich and excellent. Holds it's own with eggs in an onion nest.

Costa Rica Finca Bella Vista at City ++ with 6 days on it. It mellowed very nicely. Milk Chocolate, Caramel and a slight citrus'y fruit.

The cup has a great salted caramel scent. A little buttered sourdough toast too. I really liked this one.
