I roasted an "old" favorite, from earlier this year, yesterday. Looking forward to the 1st cup tomorrow. El Salvador El Carrizal, tastes like chocolate covered in cherries. Hope I hit the roast right.

El Salvador Matalapa - Tablon El Naranjo :-) roasted 2 days ago to city+ - FC+, drip, dollop. GREAT aroma on the grind, some sweetness and citrus in the cup, maybe a tad thin. Good cup. This is the one I screwed up the roast on

Sumatra Dry Hulled Aceh Bukit :-) Roasted 2 days ago to FC+, maybe Lt Vienna, Capresso drip, dollop. WOW! So good, sweet spices, nice body. This is SO good, I went and ordered another 5 lbs from SM. Want to be able to share this
