I recently picked up a neat tamper from a fellow on Redit.

Question is; which one to crack open to enjoy while Auburn buries FSU tonight?

Two blends I keep on hand at all times. Wonderful smokes, both of them.

:-). can't wait to try them. I think the escudo will be cracked first. I was looking for dunhill de luxe navy rolls but jr didn't carry it. The Elizabethan set the hook on Va/pers. i can't wait to try a few more, though it will be a few months.

Luckily, (or not) I live between two large jr stores. Both have very knowledgeable staff and quite a good selection. Worst of all, they let me fondle a very affordable nording :-)

If you like the Escudo, then don't bother with the Dunhill de luxe Navy Rolls. Of course, you could. I have found that I cannot tell the difference between the two. But that is just me.

Peace of the Lord be with you.

Made a quick stop at Pipes by George before work and picked up a tin of C&D Purple Cow and a restock tin of Frog Morton On The Town as well as a couple new cobs. Then I got to work and splurged, grabbed one of the Savinellis we had and a Xikar Pipeline. Twas a good day.

Can't beat the ol employee discount. The Purple Cow was good. I tried it in a brand new cob, so I'm gonna hold out on a final verdict till I smoke it in one of my broken in ones.

Swung by the B&M on the way home and got myself a tin of Dunhill Nightcap. Smells awesome! Can't wait to have a bowl tonight.

It sounds like you may be a Latakia head. :-) Other things I'd suggest if this is the case are C&D Pirate Kake, GLP Lagonda, GLP Quiet Nights, and H&H 10 to Midnight to name just a few.
