Last of 08 ended up being a Siglo III. Of course it was plugged like a biotch!!! First of 09 is still looking like it will be the Lusi if it warms up a bit. If not then it is wide open.

Last '08 would have been a RyJ Short Churchill, but was way to stressed about my daughter's first new year (and the fireworks that come with it).
So didn't smoke at all last night.
Tomorrow i will probably grab an Oliva "O" Robusto Maduro, which would then be my first '09.

I'm kind of thinking that Gran Habano Siglo 3, I hear it calling me, taunting me...:-)
So I managed to smoke a Man O' War pyramid. Should have gone with the Siglo 3. It just didn't do it for me. So I turfed it and lit up a cc Por Larranaga Panatella that is still a bit young, but that Cuban taste was there. Mmmmmm
I really should dig up something special to start the new year today.

My new years eve was spent driving from Buffalo back home to Georgia. Very enjoyable. So my last smoke of 08 ended up being a Camacho Liberty on the 30th. My first 09 smoke was a Gurkha Black Dragon.

end of 08 start of 09 smoke Bolivar Gold Medal. I think I have a fav cigar! I'm told they age well and have some sitting... dunno how long till i break them open lol.

My first of 2009 was a Carerra robusto compliments of my good friend - shilala.
