That is an amazing tool, does this mean I can get custom cigar molds? Odd shapes and sizes?

Absolutely. You'd have to know what kind of wood or plastic they're made out of. If it's plastic we'd have to source the stock, but it'd easily make anything you want or need.

Got a special project for you... Ysr_racer needs a new nose. I'm thinking oak, but a plastic one may be more feasible due to weight. What do you think? Should we have him stick his face in some plaster of paris so you have a mold to work from or do you want to be creative and just come up with a fun shape? :-)

I think it'd be more fun to come up with a selection of noses he can wear depending on his mood.

It'll be 4-5 weeks before it gets here, my model is in production now. That's good cause I'm not ready for it anyways. I'll be done with the shop just in time for it's arrival.

I'm thinking one with an optional handle bar mustache attachment. I would go nuts if I had access to hardware like that, I can't wait to see what a clever guy like you will come up with! :-)

I got an email this morning, my machine was shipped. It's already in Cleveland but the shipper has to call me to make drop-off arrangements. Normally I'd call them, but I'm not ready for it yet. I need about one more week to get the shop done. Hopefully they'll get real busy and forget to deliver it. :-)

It'll do aluminum and plastics, too. It won't do anything until I learn how, but that should only take a few months. :-)
