Here in Alexandria - measured a tad over 18" with another 2 - 4" they say over night.
And that's a Crown Vic under that pile somewhere.

Well that doesn't look fun at all Dave. Went through that a week ago and I'm already looking forward for winter to be done with.

My generator just a tad bit buried - needed to clear the intakes and exhaust just in case it's needed. Plus the weekly test is scheduled for tomorrow.

Why the heck not. Just add a couple layers. I have certainly smoked in worse weather.

You see I got a path cleared! Actually - f**k that - I got my nice warm office to smoke away in and watch the snow out the window!

Sitting in a hotel on the West side of MI. They have a few inches here, nothing that we aren't already used to. I dunno what they got in Detroit, probably just a dusting.
As for the snow...bring it on. I now have a 3 car garage where my summer ride is comfortably resting for the winter and a new snowblower that needs to be tested out.

Hah! I have been saying the same thing for a couple of weeks now. Bring on the snow. That puppy needs some action!

It may not be as much as some of you guys had, but this is the first time that we've seen snow in december since 1981. We usually get some late january or early/mid february. This is promising to be a long cold winter
