Looked at a church for an appraisal. Then met a fella I've done several appraisals for, and gave him two boxes of cigars. Then I stopped by my brother's house for a couple hours. Then back home, and did gardening work for a couple of hours. Maybe not real physical, but digging up sweet potatoes does work up a solid sweat!

90min of hot yoga kicked my butt last night. Actually felt nauseous 70min into it and had to step out for cold water. Thinking warm Gatorade didn't help the situation .

Pushups in the am about 40 oh and walked about 3miles on the course yesterday. Would been shorter if I could stay in the fairway.

Worked in the morning then spent 6 hours in my garage. Installed my cv joints, exhaust hooked up the clutch, oil lines and throttle.

finally decided to go back to the gym. Did the plyometrics workout from P90X. Damn near killed me. Going to do the core synergistics workout tomorrow. Might tie in a morning bike ride or run at the beach as well.

woke up and rolled outta bed right into pushups. Did pyramids starting from 10 down...I gotta admit I struggled a bit on the #2 & #3.
I need to get some cardio back into the routine.

Ran 4.5+ miles last night, trying to get back into the routine again. I hope I can get back into the groove of things. Was hoping to follow up again tonight but ankle is sore as hell right now. Woke up this morning and couldn't put any weight on it, I fell back into bed. Took 1000mg of Ibuprofen and I can put pressure again, but it still feels a little tender.

This weekend I rode 62 miles and Saturday and 92 miles on Sunday. The Sunday ride included about 6,000 of climbing as well. Definately ready for my century ride on September 3rd.

century ride is nuts, Brian. I spent a day riding from my house to Boston and back with some friends on bikes. 60miles round trip and that was tough but a blast.

Last night, I re-seasoned my humidor (was showing 80 degrees since I got it.....last Sunday!!!!) Smoked, drank a beer, watched Jersey Shore with the wife (she's the fan, but this season looks crazy so I decided to watch it too), then bed.
This mornng, checked the humidor and now showing at 70-70 degrees so refilled it, came on CA and posted then to work (only 1/2 day today

Went swimming at my mom's came home and got bombed! Thanks again Mac!
Went to a friends house had a beer and smoke then picked up my wife and stepson, put him in bed then me and the wife watched a movie (Bad Teacher) then she went to bed and I watch That Metal Show and now going to bed.

Completed my first organized 100 mile bike ride yesterday. Feeling a little sore this morning. Might try and go get a massage today.
