'98 Cohiba Lancero after lunch and I just started an Illusione mj12. I'm pleasantly surprised that the mj is able to keep my interest after my extra special Cohiba, but it is very well balanced and complex with some interesting flavors going on. I'd say the taste is similar to a Padron '64.

Unfortunately the gauge is just stupidly large, I'm guessing at least 54, maybe 56. As a result the burn is all over the place, requiring constant correction, and it's just a real distraction to the overall enjoyment of the cigar. I didn't realize until I took the foil off just how freakin' huge this thing is.

I had a Diesel around 11am with a Birch Beer at a stop before riding to Luray. The more I smoke the Diesel UCs the more impressed I am with them!! It was so good that I chomped down on it and rode (no winshield) the rest of the way up 211 while smoking it b/c I didn't want to toss the last 1/3 when it was time to ride.

Capped off the day with a Padilla Dominus torpedo. I was really surprised at how much chocolate and cherry I picked up in it! Kinda hit the spot tonight. Didn't nub it... but I did enjoy it.

Flew down to Orlando today to start our 3 week vacation. I'm working on cigar number 4 now, my first LFD air bender. Great cigar so far. :-):-)

Smoking the new Tatuaje La Verite churchill now, I smoked the robusto earlier today, and still not convinced on it. I have to say, the size does matter on this cigar. This is a bit better than the robusto.
