I don't know who makes them. I thought I would find out by buying a box but it doesn't have any markings on it other than the name of the cigar, size and hand made in Nicaragua. They are very inexpensive and very tasty. Well constructed and consistent in flavor and burn. One of my favorites.

From what I can gather, Pioneer Valley is the name of the company and made in the DR. Not much is known about them to be honest.
