I've been slacking lately. Was supposed to workout last night with my trainer, but my stomach had other ideas. Tonight would be my normal night, but I have to work late. :-)

Think tomorrow is going to be a cardio and core day, I'm ready for a day off from lifting.

Yeah, that was a shitload of sets, Bob, I was working fast so it didn't seem so at the time … but when I looked at it typed here.... well, I'm a masochist. :-)

Skipped the weights and did 55 1/2 minutes of hills on the Precor bike, then hit the abs and stuff.
