I've enjoyed Wolaver's IPA tonight, and just poured the last of a Westmalle Dubbel. Harvested the yeast for trappist inspired homebrewing

According to the label you should have aged it extensively and serve it warm

You can't tell from the picture but the bottle had plenty of plume on it and the foam is from the boiling.
