A Bourbon Apple pork loin, seared than tossed is a mire poix oh veg, reduced a red wine sauce, roasted potatoes, stir fried mushrooms, not bad

Cod & linguica with white beans and stewed tomatoes. Yum! Used 3 lbs of captians cut Cod fillets.

Did a variation on a chicken bake recipe to use up some leftovers.
Lined a baking dish with stuffing, fried some pork chops until just shy of done, diced and mixed with some turkey gravy (why is there *always* gravy left when the turkey is gone?), threw that on the stuffing, topped with shredded cheddar and baked @ 350 for 15 minutes. Very tasty.
Usually I make this with chicken and "Creme of..." soup (mushroom and celery are both good).

Did a venison roast braised in red wine with portabella mushrooms, onions, bacon, garlic, basil, parsley, and chives. Served over egg noodles.
