I discovered Bourbon Barrel Stout while in Louisville a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised to find it here and snatched up a couple of 4 packs. Might have a couple tonight with a cigar or two

Which bourbon barrel stout did you get? Goose Island makes the best one.
Says right on the bottle = "a great cigar beer". And they are not kidding Mmmm

Made by Bluegrass Brewing Co. They used Jefferson Reserve barrels. I'll look for the Goose Island next time.

Founders Backwoods Bastard is another great bourbon barrel aged stout. I prefer if over the Goose Island.

Well I finally got one of my boxes in from Cali. 3 bottles of Arrogant Bastard Ale. I hope the other 3 in the next box are the Oaked. I will have to wait and see. They are a gift from my Father in law.
Anyone want to come over for a beer on Friday?
