Glad week is over. My body is sore af. I probably should have taken today off but didn’t know what to do for my 1.5 hour free time.

Back day with trainer.

Single arm high/low cable row super sets
Incline barbell shrug/farmers carry super sets
Wide grip straight arm lat pulldowns
Dumbbell lat pullovers
Ab work.

ICT last night. Talked to my trainer about what we can do to break me past this plateau I'm stuck at on chest.

Did a bunch of barbell presses, regular, bands, 4 count negatives. Hopefully it's the thing I need to get me over the hump.
Dips, 4 count negatives
TRX Work, combining press with shoulder work to help stabilize those.
Ez bar skull crushers
dumbbell skull crushers

Went to go do cardio on the treadmill. Got maybe 6-7 minutes in my run and felt something pop on the outside of my left foot. Ran a few minutes more and called it quits. Not what I needed when I'm supposed to run a 5k tomorrow. It'll be a game time decision if I even walk it.

Leg day.

Squats
Leg press
Seated hamstring curls
Hip adductors
Calf raises
Ab work

Suppose to work with my trainer but he had to bail. Decided to switch it up and go heavier, but less reps. Found a slightly wider stance on my squats makes a world of difference.

Straight arm lat pulldowns
Reverse push ups
Shrugs
Hammer curls (ran the rack doing 20 reps each weight)

Have you tried to do you single max bench? Work out weight and max weight can be quite independent. 2.5 lb's are perfect for getting past a plateau.

150 push-ups finisher (that was fun)

Today was legs
Squats
Front squats
Hamstring curls
200 lunge finisher
Ab work

Oh hell no. Took me about 16mins in all. Knocked out 20-25 in the first go, then usually sets of 6-9 until finished.
