This morning after work I hit Chest, Bi's, and back. Afterwards I did a 3.5 mile hike in the woods and it felt pretty good. It's starting to get too cold for AM basketball and running on pavement or concrete paths absolutely kills my shins. I can hike all day without shin pain, so I'll take it.

Nice! I’m lucky to go to a gym in Orange County where all the girls are blondes and have thousands of dollars put in them. Eye candy but also have no gym etiquette.

Busy last few days for me at the gym.
Friday - chest/shoulders
Saturday - bi's/tri's
Sunday - back
Taking today off to rest up a bit. I really need to get on schedule with stretching, especially my legs. Quads are super tight, which is making my knees hurt.

Didn't post much last week as I didn't bring my iPad with me on the road. Lots of cardio with some quick chest and arm workouts thrown in.
Back at my regular gym today, and it was back day (see what I did there).

Legs today, felt good. First time squatting over 255 in a few weeks. Boy did that feel heavy. I just wanted to take to deload from heavy 4x3 or 3x3 work for a month or so.
