I finally reached an overall K-D ratio of 1.51 This puts me 2nd on my list of friends (WAY behind ucubed at a 3.7 something). Either way though I'm pretty stoked about it. I watched that Elite video of Rampage Jackson playing MW3 against his A-Team director. Damn, Rampage has some skills

I'm kind of meh on the Face Off maps. I love the concept (2v2 and 3v3 is right up my alley) but the maps themselves leave a lot to be desired. I understand the concept they are trying to achieve with the small maps but maybe they made them a bit too small. No strategy whatsoever, just run and gun.

On the other hand, Oasis is just a gorgeous map!

Agreed, the spawns can be screwed up at times as well. I still love the ability to change the outcome of the game by myself, I enjoy run'n'gun style so it works for me. I do not run around blindly though like some. Big team games can be so depressing when you go plus 20 and still lose in TDM. I would actually be into playing faceoff on the normal maps.

I get Clan requests all the time. I generally turn them down as I like playing solo and don't feel I could add much to a Clan. However, recently I was recruited by a decent group of guys and I have just Clan-ed up!

I have been using the G36C for the last couple of weeks, been really loving this gun!
I used to use only the MK14 but am doing better with the G36C, I can pepper snipe with it too.
My overall KDR went from 1.8 up to 1.84 over the last few weeks just by switching guns.
I don't usually see my KDR move at all anymore, kinda nice. My G36C kdr is 1.93 currently but I think it will continue to rise.
My MK14 was only 1.83 and somehow my AK47 is 1.99, I might have to try and use more of the Ak if I get bored with the G36C!

Nice job on the clan level Shane!

I use a variety of different guns depending on the game style I'm playing. My regular go-to is the ACR 6.8 with Red Dot and Silencer. I use this in most HC modes including TDM and Dom. I also use a modified version of it for most of the Face Off challenges (since they are not HC), on the Face Off levels I swap out the attachments for Impact.

For levels with mid to long range sight lines, and for all S&D levels, I use the RSASS with a ghillie suit. Blind Eye Pro, Assassin Pro, & Marksman Pro round out this sniper class. Its great for tactical sniping and sneaking.

For some of the extremely small Face Off levels I use the Pro Class load-out. The PP90M1 with Sleight of Hand, QuickDraw, & Stalker. Works well for those levels where everyone is just running n gunning.

My ratio has stayed pretty solid at 1.51 I wish I could get it higher but I know there are so many amazing players out there. I was looking at some of the Clans ratio averages that were in the 6's and 7's. Crazy!

Our clan ratio suffers because we have many sub 1.0 players but they do good on clan ops. I think the clan ops for most kills should be most net kills. I can't get used to the ACR, just doesnt work for me like it does with so many others. I am about middle of the road in our clan, we have a couple guys who are just rediculous. When we reach level 50 I may leave and find a better clan, I would love to be the worst on my team. I played some CTF recently, that helps my KDR big time since I am a flag defender and mid support player. In TDM I Run'n'gun but on more tactical game types I slow down.

In TDM my KDR is 1.89 with a 242.6 SPM and in CTF it is 2.56 with a 258.48 SPM. SPM combined with KDR is important in my opinion. I could easily get a 4.0 KDR but only have like 100 SPM.

Domination is when my KDR takes a hit at only 1.56 but 230.91 SPM isn't bad I don't think but I hate playing Dom.

In Demo I have a low KDR at 1.34 but my SPM is 407.23, haven't play much of this though.

I have only played like 5 games of HC, someday maybe I will try to play more of it.

I get a little carried away on COD Elite's website, I enjoy looking at stats though.
I havn't played this week yet, I am craving it. I believe my last weeks overall KDR was around 2.5, I try to keep an eye on this weekly so I recognize I am playing poorly and adjust.


I joined some clan members game the other day and I destroyed them in TDM. I think I went 27-4 and they all went negative except one. It was funny, one guy said I am gonna get off line so you can get Blak in. I thought nooooo I like playing against you guys, haha. We work well as a team though, we usually win 9/10 games when we have a party.

ACR 6.8 with Red Dot and Silencer is my primary. I don't play as many game variants as you do but the PP90M1 with Sleight of Hand, Stalker, and I forget the third perk is my run-n-gun config. 6.8 seems to be accurate, hit well, and with a decent enough rate of fire to suffice all but extreme CQB. It also doesn't walk much; tends to return to target rather well. The PP90M1 is all about putting as much lead into a moving opponent at close range in the smallest amount of time. Love the PP90M1 with rapid fire. I suck overall but I rarely lose a CQB encounter with the PP90M1.

Definitely true Mike. The PP90M1 is to MW3 what the UMP was to Black Ops.

Doing well with the new clan. A good group of guys. One some XP for our clan on that last Challenge (most Flanker kills). It was actually kind of tough. There was a whole lotta knifin' going on :-)
