I need to get a light for it and some night sights Dan. Any thoughts on what to get? As far as a light, I'm looking at the Surefire X300 ultra, but I don't know if I can get a similar light for less money.

Well when the company ships it I'll be an owner of a Rock Island Armory compact tactical .45
:-)

If anyone comes across any places with Glock 20 full mags in stock, shoot me a message please.
:-)

sounds like after gas, it would have been cheaper to pay shipping and the FFL transfer fee to buy it online....

yep. its all good. i'm going to gainesville to get one from a small gun shop. it'd be cheaper to do it online but i'd rather support small business

Can't argue with you there
:-)

I figure if it's a WANT then I can afford to pay a little more to support a small business.

What's the average pull on a normal mil spec AR trigger? Tested mine today, it was reading about 5lbs 10oz average... that sound about right? It didn't feel like a two stage match, just a bunch of mush and then the break.
I think I'm going to sell my complete lower (lightly used) and my AR style BCG (also barely used) tomorrow on gun broker. Since the upper shot between a 1.06 and 1.7 MOA from a shaky bipod at dusk (barrel NOT free floated), I think I'll keep the upper, and stick a 15" float tube on it. Seems like a nice quality barrel....
Already got that Serenity lower, and the Umbrella lower coming, so no need for the old lower. And I've got two M16 BCGs from boise tactical coming in 3 weeks, so no need for the BCG...
