Chest day. Took Christos' lead and did extra sets/reps for the Admiral.

Incline barbell press
Icarian press
Dips
Plate press
Low chest flys

Funny how I struggle with the first rep on any chest set, but once I've done the concentric the rest of the set is no issue.

Doc is afraid of blood clots on a 5 hour flight in economy. I'll know for sure on Friday.

Passed on the gym Sunday, to play golf. Been about 2 years since I have played. Was able to get 13K plus steps in. Gym after work tonight, cardio and chest.

Flat dB press 4 sets up, 3 sets down
Incline dB press three sets up, 2 sets down
Tri dB over/behind head 4 sets
Cable pull downs 5 sets
Knee raises abs

Straight arm lat pulldowns
Combo row/planks. Fun balancing the off hand on a round dumbbell.
Overhead tri extensions
Tri pushdowns until failure.

about half way through the routine I was wondering why my body isn't responding, realized yesterday wasn't Monday, my chest day. Good to mix it up everyonce in a while :-)

Thanks, Greg, bigger vehicles are definitely a plus right now. :-)

Good work by you and Bob, staying motivated and hopefully I can be back in the gym by late July or early August.
