When I workout alone, I stick to the same old same exercises and routines. With a trainer, I do it all, especially stuff that I would not normally do.
Stacking & removing the weights is taken care of. Every ounce of energy is used to the actual lifting with little to no down time. The next bench or machine is ready to go and calibrated. So efficient.

Same here. It's helpful for me as he has to think of new exercises to work around my strains, etc. but I've got a good memory for this stuff and incorporate when I workout by myself.

Just got back from a session. She kicked my ass... We did the sled with 140 lbs added. Pushing that sled will darn near explode your heart!

Good work, Bob and Moses.
Decided to take an unscheduled day off today after we had a short bench at hockey late last night. I'll get some carbs in me and hit "push" exercises tomorrow.
