Awesome, I see that it is from a "2008" crop but I'm not really sure if that means it's ready to smoke.

I popped the tin of Dark Star since it has a 2009 date on it and rubbed the whole thing out and transferred to a mason jar. As I was doing it my Daughter asked "Who farted?":-) Guess it does have a different smell. Looking forward to letting it dry and firing it up in a few days.

I would agree, I have never seen one like it either. VAPers sound good to me. If it is an estate pipe, hopefully it isn't ghosted by aromatics or Latakia blends.

Oops, just now saw this, but yeah what MarkinCA said. I have yet to try the blend but my friends rave about it and I've heard its hard to come by sometimes. Hence the reason for the 250g bag.
