Last night at the Thursday VCM Shed Herf...Cigar City Brewing Company Maduro Brown Ale w/ a DPG JJ Series Maduro (this didn't work too well, made the stick taste funny). Sorry for the crappy cell pic. And yes...I snuck that beer into Baileys.
:-)

Todays pairing was much better...A.J. Stephans Root Beer with a 601 Blue
:-) :-)

Here's one I had at Replicant_argent's place when Scottish Smoker was in town last month...a Holy Lance candela with a glass of port.

Darrell, I tried the 2010 Celebration Ale (with you in mind) and found it to be WAY TOO BITTER for my liking.

:-) Well...except for the carbonation part. If the Monte was carbonated, I'm
really sorry!

I'd suggest sticking it in the frig, will slow down the carbonation. I shared a 22oz bottle at todays VCM Hal Herf, and it was foamy, too. Double IPA latte.

Though it was frothy, it was not over carbonated as far as mouthfeel was concerned. I enjoyed it immensely
