Asian pear martini
1.5 ounces pear vodka
1 ounce sake
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce lime juice
Muddle 2 or 3 1 inch chunks of Asian pears or any pear in a tumbler. Add the aforementioned ingredients and shake. Serve over ice or strain into a martini glass
Paired with some fresh spring rolls in rice paper wraps with Nuoc Cham dipping sauce
