damn that doesnt make much sense I've been doing those twice a day since I was 12 and I'm not Mr. Olympia....

You obviously don't have the updated "Limited" model just newly released! Published scientific research has show that 3 times a day will increase muscle size by 300%! :-)

Spin Saturday and Sunday. Chest and arms this morning. Wasn't feeling the heavy weight today, so I went a bit lighter than planned. I should not drink like that any more, getting way too old for that sh*t.

Back today...can't do any pull-ups or pulldowns, pulled some cartilage in my ribcage. Not too bad, but trying not to make it worse.

Had to settle for T-bar rows (they finally fixed it!) and barbell rows. Actually went super heavy on the T-bars, so feel like I got something out of the abbreviated workout.

Just starting to really get back into the iron now that I have hit my target weight.

1-4 negatives.

Followed it all up with the p90X Ab Ripper X DVD (damn thing still makes me feel like puking)
