I always liked the TNT but this year before buying a handful I decided to smoke one first only to find out it was no where as good as previous years. They will probably improve with a nap but I decided to pass. I have gotten tired of buying sticks that I need to put down for 3 to 6 months before I can smoke them.
John...i mostly agree with you and i did smoke one of these and thought it was ok, not bad but not great either. the one i smoked was given to me by the shop since the wrapper was cracked, it didnt effect the cigar though..... really i bought these to smoke them when i and a few BOTL's take a road trip next year late April/early May so they were going to rest regardless.

Those Gran Habano #3's are a nice choice, but haven't heard of the Don Jose. Let us know what you think.

Thanks! I've found that the MOW's...along with any AJ blend...benefits from a couple of months in the cooler. I'm having an MOW Skull Crusher right now that's been sitting for 3 months. Burning great, had a slight issue after the first third, but is smooth sailing now. Probably could have let it sit for another month.

I'd be really interested to hear your take on those if you fire one up, I've been eying them for a while. Atlantic has a pretty good price on them.

I couldn't help myself... Happy bday to me!

The Buenaventuras are damn tasty. Its kind of funny though, the size with em makes them completely different smokes. The BV500s are my favorite of the line and second favorite Curivari line. Makes me laugh that Curivari's best two sticks to me are the cheapest(BV500) and priciest(EGR Prominentes).
