The call was overturned because of a stupid rule. They were right to overturn the call, but the rule itself sucks. They really need to look into revising the blocking the plate rule for next year. Last night was a perfect example of why this rule sucks and how a team is punished for a perfect throw to the plate and having the runner out at home by this new rule. Thanks, Buster Posey.
