Maybe they could get in a kitten tank and cuddle up with a Great White. Now I'd pay to see the love in that action. LOL :-)

Pretty cool. I used to have an 18" snakehead I fed pinkies to. I also knew a guy who had a 25+" snakehead that we would feed Guinea Pigs to for special occasions. Meanest sea kittens I ever owned!

Used to have, meaning you did the right thing and let it free into the wild correct?
I hear those things do real well here in America!
(joking of course on all accounts)

Trying to hold an intelligent conversation with someone from PETA is like
:-)
They are about as useful as teets on a bull but like the bull if you aren't careful it will still screw you up.

Ha, I wish. I remember all the panic a few snakeheads caused in local ponds (or at least the media frenzy). My favorite fish decided he would try living under the entertainment center one day. Didn't work out too well for him. I had the tank top secured, but snakeheads love to jump and when they get big, its really impossible to prevent them from jumping through the top. It was a shame. I owned many fish (had 6 tanks at one point) but he was my favorite.

Too bad. Sounds like a cool fish. They are pretty ugly aren't they? Like a sea cat that has used 8 of its 9 lives.

absolutlely rediculous. The people at PETA are just miserable individuals trying to force there way of life on to everyone else so we can be miserable too. Just like the anti-smoking lobby.

I still say it's all about the money. PETA does stuff like this to get in the news and then the real retards and hollywood celebrities make big donation to PETA and the money goes into the pockets of the people in charge.

I once had a conversation with a PETA person who was an incredible cat lover - had 4 of them at home.
Didn't find anything wrong with killing animals (and then stuffing it into tin cans) to feed her cats. But, thought it was wrong that I should have a steak for dinner.
The reasoning why it was OK for animals to eat other animals, and why it was wrong for people not to eat animals? "They are still animals, we've evloved past that."

Which just proved that animals are smarter than humans. They have learned their place in the evolutionary food chain and are happy with it.

I'm so gonna found PETP (People for the Ethical Treatment of Plants). You know every time you eat a plant you're killing off any future generations of them?! You plant killers! Corn should not be harvested, imagine how much corn we'd have if you didn't cut it down? And grass? Stop murdering grass by using that lawnmower. Let it grow free! Isn't that what Mother Nature intended?! Learn to eat rocks. They're high in minerals, full of lots of non-organic stuff, and there's no shortage of them.
