With a nice strong LFD Oscuro or Double Ligero Maduro, like a cuban coffee or Cafe con leche. Also, like to pair with same or similar cigar, a good porter or barley wine that is light on the hops and heavy on the caramel and chocolate malts. Hard to go wrong with Woodford, Blantons, Glenfiddich or Glenmorangie!
With a bit lighter cigar, Shock Top with an orange is great in the summer heat!

I also like scotch with almost anything.
Stouts rule with maduros. Coffee also works well with most pairings.

Honestly, and this might stem from the fact that my father let me start smoking cigars when I was 16, but I'm a bit of a fan of smoking a nice full bodied cigar with a glass of cold milk. It's odd, I know, but it's pretty tasty to me...lol

I've been messing around with wine pairings, and have found...
Napa Valley Cabs tend to pair great with fuller bodied maduros like the RoMa Craft Cromagnon.
Chianti tends to work well with cigars like the LFD Double Ligero.
A nice oakey Chardonnay works well with cigars like the Caldwell Eastern Standard.
wine is pretty new to me so it's been fun exploring some wine and cigar pairings. Just be warned that some of my pairing experiments with wine have proven to be terrible

I find that a good ginger ale pairs well with most cigars. It seems to have a palate cleansing effect which is nice with fuller bodied sticks. Kinda refreshes the flavors. Rootbeers pair very well with maduros from my experience. Then, of course, there's always a good bourbon
