My inventory is done by visual, take a look and see whats there. If you forgot about something, then its a nice surprise. Its not even worth trying to keep track. :-)

My list isn't quite big enough just yet to have these kinds of worries, unfortunately. :-)

I just take a look... I have a pretty good idea of what I have where.

Exactly the same for me.

I've got a rough idea of what I have, but gave up really trying to keep track.

Anymore, whenever I see an opening I think I can fit a box into, I just order a new box. It's a lot easier this way.

I pick a humidor open it up and pic one off that top. I also have my set up so that I have everyday sticks on the left, good sticks in the middle and great sticks on the right of every humidor. So depending on what I'm in the mood for I know where to look.

RFID tags and asset manager database. Right now it's only 2D and by box, but I'm working on an upgrade that tags every cigar individually and with a few more readers, it'll show a 3D representation of the humidors so you can actually see where each cigar is.

I love finding stuff in there that I've forgotten. The other day I found a Hemmingway Masterpiece from 96 and half a box of Tat T110.

I just keep track of cigar containers. I know where most of them are at all times. :-)

It is never really up to date, but my system works for me. When I order a box I put in all the info except the box code. When it comes in a update the record with the box code. I hardly ever update the numbers as I smoke them. When I am done with a box I remove the whole record.

I don't track either, I'm far to lazy for that.

I just dig around and see what I can find. I found 2 tins of Opus yesterday that I forgot I had, I don't even remember when I bought them. :-)
