I always watch movies with my cigars. I have a portable DVD player I take out to the back yard if the computer is being used. I will watch whatever grabs me, I have over 1000 movies on DVD and that is not counting the tv shows I have on DVD. I think I am going to head out back now with a Padron 64 and watch Casino Royal.

A churchill is the perfect sized cigar for the average 1.5 to 2 hour movie!!!
Who needs popcorn anymore?!
How many of you have done this and what movies do you enjoy with your cigars??? Or better yet, what cigars do you enjoy with your movie???:-)
Not to threadjack, but if you haven't caught "The Proposition" then you NEED to. But yeah, cigars and movies on the laptop on the back deck is always a great 2 hours.

I was in the supermarket yesterday and the had DVD players for $19.99 if you bought more than $20 in groceries so I picked one up for the man cave. This beats the hell out of the 4 channels I get with the bunny ears!

Sopranos kinda passed me by so I've been Netflixing them from the beginning. Goes great with cigars. In fact I watched an episode with a cigar this morning.

He's not lying, it's actually not that bad. I like a sandwich done with fresh crisp Dill slices and creamy peanut butter. Creamy over crunchy because I prefer the crunch from the pickle slices to add that "freshness" to it.
Honestly, I eat one pretty often, probably about once a week. Started as a joke when I was a kid and I found out I liked them together, so I started making sandwiches and haven't stopped.

I've watched a movie while enjoying a cigar iin my office/mancave the last 3 Saturday nights.
Last night I watched "The Lost City" while smoking a 601 Blue label. I very highly recommend this movie ! It is directed by Andy Garcia, who also stars in it, about an upper class Cuban family in Havana in the early 1960s. Andy Garcia owns a hot nightclub with great music and everyone is smoking cigars. One main character is a tobacco plantation owner who even rolls his own cigars. President Batiste is overthrown by the "repressed" revolucionnes who feel they aren't getting their fair share. They put Castro in power and he starts taking everything from the achievers in the country and keeps it for "the people of Cuba" (very much made me think of what is going on in our country right now).
:-)
Anyway, good movie, great to have a cigar while watching.
