Here is my little place of sanity... The Gator Cave!!

From the door leading into the bedroom.

From the back looking towards the TV.

From the door leading outside to the herf barn.

I know I lose points for the wine fridges and the elliptical machine but so be it.

Nice mancave, smokin gator (Brent I think it is?)!

That chair looks inviting :-) I bet that chair sees way more time than the elliptical. You can catch the corner of a treadmill behind the couch in my pictures. It hasn't been used in months lol.

Wow. Now THAT's a well-planned project! :-)

I really like the colors chosen, and that you didn't really leave anything out (even wired surround sound before sheetrocking). What fan is that? I was looking at a fantech fr250 yesterday.

But man, that setup is.... Beautiful, just beautiful. :-)

Just remember that you can never have too much cfm. :-) Mine was wired to a dial so I could turn it down if it was just me or crank it up if it was like woodstock up in there. Have to have a fresh air return as well so you don't get negative pressure.

That was a fantech model FKD 10xl 1,266 cfm I believe.

Just looked up that model. Looks impressive! I will check on fresh air return system too. But really that's just a vent that lets in outside air right?

Halbert. Many Props Brother. That is SICK! Excellent job. I built a studio in my basement. I know how much work that is. It looks perfect!

Yes, outside air. You just have to decide whether or not you want air from outside the house or just outside of the room. One advantage to having air come from inside your house is that it's heated or cooled. The downside would be the chance of smoke back tracking through the vent when the fan is not pulling the fresh air. Capiche?

I have two 5 gallon kegs. I usually try to have one hoppy beer on tap and one wheat or dark beer. Right now on tap I have a Bells Two Hearted Ale clone and a Bavarian Hefe!
