Looking more and more like Magic/Cavs for the Eastern Finals.
I won't mind seeing the Magic get challenged for a change. They haven't lost a game since April 2nd.
Cleveland will be able to give the Magic plenty of trouble.
I'll definitely get tickets if and when this comes to Orlando.

Lakers got a terrible no call on the in bound pass then got lucky Utah didn't tip in that basket.
Lakers are winning the Championship. Too much talent. Oh and have you heard of Kobe?

I totally did not expect Suns to sweep. But I did say earlier watch out for them. I don't know who they have that can stack up against Gasol or Bynum, but it will be interesting to say the least. The first couple of games will tell a lot.
The Magic are incredible right now in the East. And the Cavs might go to a game 7 with Boston, which would help out the Magic if either team wins, given the speed at which these games are scheduled.
It's turning out to be an exciting Finals year.

I'd say it's a given that the Lakers are going, but the East is still up in the air.
I'm thinking the Cavs will end up winning in 7 then playing a well rested Orlando team.
The Magic are a great road team, so I don't think the Cavs have a home court advantage to a great extent.
Ever since Grant Hill left and freed up some of his wasted salary, it's been fun to live in Orlando and be a Magic fan again.
Dwight will have all kinds of foul trouble with Shaq down low and Gortat may see a lot of playing time.
The Magic set a record for 3 point shooting this year and I am nearly certain it will decide their fate as well as Lebron's right elbow.
It's now or never for Cleveland, and I hope it's never and we see Lebron in a Knicks jersey next year.
I know all about Kobe, and saw how he took over the finals last year and nobody will stop him from scoring 40 something points a game.

Both conference finals will be a treat for true basketball fans.. PHX/LA will be a good matchup. and either the celts or the cavs will be a good matchup for orlando.. I am a celts fan, but id like to see lebron get a ring so he can stop hearing flack

Wow, last night's Celtic win was amazing. The Cavs looked like they were standing still.
And to all those who have a doubt whether or not ESPN is biased totowards LeBron, needs only to look at the top 3 plays of last night on ESPN.
1. Lebron assist to Shaq for a dunk
2. Lebron fastbreak for a dunk
3. Rondo's juking Mo for a shot
That is ridonkulous. Any team who loses by 32 doesn't deserve ANY top plays. Much less 2 of the 3. Next they will be showing Lebron at home for the Eastern Conference's top plays.

The Cavs / Celtics series is over.
Like many, I got caught up in the hype I guess. I should have known after last season, they are not a deep team.
If their hero doesn't play well, they lose. That doesn't work well late May in the NBA.
Oh well, bring on the Celtics and let the summer of Lebron begin.

UH-OH!!
:-)
Seems like the King has been de-throned for yet another year!
I was a little hesitant going into last nights game. But after I saw the way that the refs were going to let people play, and how the Celtics were playing, I knew by the end of the first quarter, Cavs were done.
So now the talk will surely be James's elbow and where he will go next year. Which is a shame because the talk SHOULD be about the Celtic vs Magic series. Which brings me to my point. I think the Celtics are going to be tough for the Magic to beat. Both are matched up well. However, the Celtics are an older team, and not quite as deep as the Magic, which I think will have a major impact on the series.

Magic in 6. Even in a shootout I don't think the C's have enough fire power to match up to the Magic. This will the Magic's first test in the playoffs.

Lebron came unglued and it will be intersting to see how he rebounds.
The only one that showed heart on Cleveland was Verajao.
I also say Magic in 6.
Jameer Nelson will give Rondo fits and will be all over him.
And those easy drives up the middle that Boston enjoyed agoinst Cleveland; not this round.

That is going to be huge in this series. 2 all-star talents going head to head. I'm looking forward to that matchup.

I have a lot of respect for Doc Rivers but will also love to see his old team beat him.
Can't wait til Sunday.
Yes, this will be a test for the Magic, but what the heck was Atlanta? Chopped liver?

I am tired of hearing this talk about Magic not playing any hard competition so far. If you look at it, the Hawk's actually finished ABOVE the Celtics this year in the regular season. Just because Magic had an easy time with them, doesn't mean they weren't a great team. Just means, the Magic are that much better.

Atlanta is a very talented team. However they did not play that way against the Magic. No pressure was really put on the Magic in that series. All the pressure was on the Hawks and they folded. Magic are a great talent but I felt the Hawks should have given a much better effort. Hawks underperformed and plainly couldn't put the ball in the basket when it counted.

I cant believe that the Cavs just gave up like that. LBJ is staying in Cleveland, I mean, they can offer him the most money, and he just built that house, his roots and all that ****. Oh well. I want the Magic to sweep the Lakers!!

deja Vu. Magic fighting back from a 20 something point defecit in the Finals against Boston. Lost this one though.
Same exact thing last year, so this should be exciting.
Boston looks tough.

I couldn't believe the debacle the Magic put up the other night. It looked as if they weren't trying for the first 3 quarters. When I saw KG out run everyone down the court, TWICE, in the first quarter, I knew it was going to be a long night.
The Suns vs Lakers showed what no defense will bring. I don't think Lakers will be able to go another 3+ games running like that. Where as that is the Suns entire game.
Tonight should be interesting. If the Magic come out to play, it will be a different ball game all together.
