If i'm going sugary I love the Cinnimon Toast crunch and the Reeses Peanut Butter .
Also a big fan of the Honey Bunches of oats. I add raisins to it.

Special K protein
Kashi GoLean (don't eat this cereal if you don't have access to a toilet). I threw out my box
Smart Start
Now for unhealth cereal Cinnamon toast crunch, fruity pebbles, and reeses are my 3 favorites.

I made a real lunch today: Mesquite smoked turkey sandwich with mayo, pickles, and pepperjack cheese. Side of Sun Chips (Garden Salsa flavor)

Either steel cut oats or chocolate Lucky Charms. Both taste good and one of them is healthy.

I remember being pretty fond of Golden Grahams.
I don't eat a lot of cereal, maybe once a month or so...... Sometimes I will grab a bowl of my wife's Honey Bunches of Oats....

Coco Pebbles/Dino bites, are my all time favorite. But for now it's a combo of Special K, the fruit and yogurt is pretty damn good and Honey Nut Cheerios.

I don't normally eat breakfast. If I do eat cereal, I grab one of those individual packs of cereal at the convenience store and a thing of milk. I usually eat Lucky Charms or Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Special K (Red Berries or Berries & Yogurt flavors).
Other than that... Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Bran Crunch, or Honey Nut Cheerios are about all I'll ever eat.

I used to eat grape nuts, then I noticed the salt content. It's absurdly high. Now I just throw some quaker quick oats in the microwave with milk and whatever fruit I have around - blueberries or bananas, then add some raw almonds or chopped walnuts. Delicious.

Grape Nuts, Frosted Mini Wheats or Raisin Bran---I want to always eat for nutrition and not just eat for taste-----but taste is also an important thing.
Looking at the amount of sugar in products is one of my things.

Oatmeal or grits...both high in fiber...maybe with some low-fat yogurt with fruit, or maybe with a glass of OJ...
