Just picked one up as well for 8$. Works perfectly. If you have the space in your humidor for it (about the thickness of 4 cigar hygrometers stacked on top of each other), I would definitly recommend it. Going to pick up 2/3 more for my other humidor and one to keep upstairs and one in the den.

My apologies... I actually grabbed the wrong one. The one I have came with a stupid 10' probe; just something else to get in the way. I will have to go back to Wal-Mart when they get some more of the other ones in.

EDIT: Actually, I think I may keep this one to use outside the humi, to compare with the one I will put inside it.
I think if you check, the probe is only for temp.

Got one also for 8 bucks. Reads right on after I salt tested it. I'll be back to get more soon.

I just got back from picking one of these up. The packaging color is a little different, pretty much all yellow, but the same part number. I have it in the "salt chamber" now. I like the temp feature also.
Thanks for the tip.

I picked one of these up last week after reading about it here. The salt test showed it to be ten points off after 24 hours with the salt. My old analog one is more accurate than this one.

Mine was only 3 points off. I guess I got lucky.

It looks like these are NON-Adjustable so I hope it is accurate.

I have had several of these, none closer than 3 points off. Some way off. I kept the 2 closest but I have found it to be hit or miss with these.

Looks good I want to find one that is wireless for humidity too so that I can stash a probe in my fridge and keep the receiver outside in clear view.

Looks like I will be returning mine. Been in the salt chamber for 24 hours and it is reading 69. If I want a gauge that far off I will use what I have. Walmart will be getting this one back. Not sure what is wrong with these companies but if you are going to make something that measures it should be accurate. This is like buying a 12" ruler that is 5" off.

That one has some really good reviews. Might have to check it out.
