I changed the thread name so it would not be completely cryptic for users....the original "
okay kidds nomo games it starts now!" is more appropriate for general discussion or banter thread titles.

Alan Rubin is more manly, I like that, although Nick is pretty cute :-)

I'm not sure you're using the word 'cryptic' correctly here.
:-)
Just joking here, obviously the word "not" is missing in your above statement, just found it funny reading it verbatim.

This is a tough question.
Now from Perdomo I enjoy the Lot 23 Maduro and the Reserve Oscuro, both very good smokes and the price realy can't be beat for the quality.
On the Alec Bradley side there is the Harvest 1997 and the Tempest which I like equaly if not more than the Perdomos. The problem is that while the Harvest is in the same price bracket as the Perdomos the Tempest isn't, and way overpriced for the quality in my opinion.
So conclusion is I would have to go with Perdomo, but this is just if I am talking about an everyday nothing special smoke, otherwise it would be Pete Johnson all the way!
:-)

I like them both. I just got one of the AB samplers on CMonster and all of them were pretty good. I do like the ESV's too. Hmmmm
AB wins for me.

Tough pick, but I'd go with AB right now. I do L-O-V-E that Tempus!

Today's Joe just happens to include a couple Tempus (and RP Decade, Oliva, DPG CC, Padilla). Two-fer.

I have to go with Perdomo, because I've had several sticks from them I love. I do love the AB Tempus, and the Harvest '97 is a good cheapie, but that's the only AB so far (haven't tried the Overture or SCR yet, though).
