Now when Mrs. SeanGAR finishes her Ph.D. we'll have to go down the same road.
When the time comes if you want some advice for T&P give me a holler, I'm on the college committee and have seen more than a few packages. Hopefully, they do 2 and 4 year reviews before you have to go through the formal process (if you haven't already) to tweak things if necessary.

Thanks for the offer, Sean. I might have to take you up on that down the road. The requirements are relatively humane there -- it's a 40-40-20 split with only 7 pubs required (and chapters count in that ... books count for several, too). Good luck with MrsGAR when the time comes. I hope to never have to deal with the dual hire thing again.
