I've got another several months of dealing with both of these. Yah...
Get a (few) warm mist humidifiers. Will solve both those problems!(Even IF you have a whole house humi attached to your furnace!)

Because at my age temps in the single digits with wind chills below zero just HURT like hell. Every year older I get the more I can relate to the snow bunnies who move south for the winter when they retire. Already starting to look at where I may want to go when that magical day comes.

I love how the extremists in the "Global Warming" camp are saying that Global Warming is responsible for the Polar Vortex and the arctic temperatures. Rain or drought, hot or cold, humid or dry, Hell, locusts or killer bees, the Global Warming people will somehow say it's due to this.

In the freaking teens and snowing. I'm not going to get a smoke in until March if this continues.

I feel you man. And here in my neck of the woods we've been known to have snow even into March, so it may be May for me before I can comfortably enjoy the porch at this rate.

Woke up to find this...6+ inches. For an area that usually gets a few inches every third year...EVERYTHING is shut down.

I would have to say the frequent bloody noses and the fact that I barely get to smoke during the winter.

It was 5° in Nashville this morning. I would've been fine with that if we had at least gotten a little snow. Then my kids could be outside having fun. But no, its just farking cold. Eff Nashville
