Breakfast tacos, but my standby is either a scamble with mushrooms and turkey bacon or a bacon and avocado omelette.

A bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burrito for a quick meal at work. Otherwise, I like eggs over easy, hash browns and link sausage and maybe a side of French toast. Don't forget the coffee to wash it all down.

Not something I eat more than once or twice a year, but cheese and garlic grits, sausage gravy and biscuits, and eggs over easy. Bloody Mary optional, prilosec not optional.

On week days when I have no time it is coffee, lots of coffee.
On the weekend it is grits, fried eggs, bacon or country ham, and toast.
