Both of the above are still available at some vendors but are no longer being made.

Its my understanding that the RP edge sumatra has been replaced by the decade a superior smoke in all regards.
One for me I miss are the big ring sets from rolando Reyes. True they were yard gars. But nice well made yard gars that because of the big gauge stayed very cool. He had 6x60 in the double maduro, pirates gold, cienfuentes, viejo, and reserva maxima. All of which are not so good in the smaller gauges. Nice pick ups usually for a buck and a half a piece or so.

And another of my favorites,
the
Original Perdomo Estate Seleccion.
I'm down to my last 25 or so of these.

I
really miss the La Gloria Cubanas made in Miami when they were
only made in Miami. There was no space in the little El Credito shop to store and further age tobacco when it came in. The cigars were rolled up quickly to make room for more tobacco. They had such a fresh and raw taste to them.
I was talking to an old guy in Florida way back when and he had a great line that described them perfectly. He said "You can hide these under your bed and six months later they still taste raw."
I know that they still make 'em in Miami, but they're made with tobacco that has been stored and aged at the factory in the DR. I still try to buy the cigars made in Miami, more for "old times sake" than anything else.
I'm thrilled that Ernie and his family are leaving LGC and starting a small cigar company. I pray that the old raw taste will return.
:-)
