You could try PM'ing him, tho I'm not sure it would do much good since his last postings "Last Activity: 06-29-2011 12:05 PM" got him pretty much blasted by our community for some shady business practices.

Hopefully you get everything you asked for, I had a horribad time when I ordered my Edgestar from compactappliance.com. I tried to upload a 2/5 review on their website and it was declined, apparently keeping a good face on their website is deleting anyone that posts a bad review. lol
