It's not a big deal. I wasn't criticizing you. Another member said the pic looked delicious. I was clarifying that it was a stock picture from a website.

I told you to lighten up based on your statement "Didn't know it was that big of deal. :-)"

I give up.
:-)

You know what, if you sliced this up warm right out of the oven, It would be awesome with some vanilla ice cream.

I can vouch for this recipe. I'm eating a slice right now, yum!

I ended up using 4 bananas as well as substituted pecans for the walnuts.

Confirmed for delicious.

Made this tonight; I stuck with the 2 bananas and the walnuts but added a 1/2 cup of blueberries. So simple. So delicious. What a great share.

Any idea what the calorie content is? Or is this a homemade recipe?

Humbly submitted for your approval. My banana bread recipe for your consideration.

Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 cup light brown sugar
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter room temperature
3 large brown eggs
5 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
1 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
½ cup chunky cinnamon or original chunky applesauce
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground Allspice
½ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Confectioner's sugar to dust the top

Preheat the oven to 310 degrees F.
( This temp. setting is for a Pampered Chef stonewear bundt cake pan. You will, of course, have to adjust the temp according to how your oven bakes. ) :-)
Coat a bundt cake pan liberally with non-stick cooking spray.
Cream the light brown sugar and unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the brown eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
Mix into the bananas the condensed milk, vanilla extract, applesauce, allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and add the walnuts.
Stir until combined.
Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool to and remove from bundt pan as soon as it is safe. Allow to cool to room temperature. Top with confectioner's sugar and serve.

Why not put that in it's own thread, rather than pollute this thread with an original recipe...
