That's the first Great Lake I ever witnessed in person from the shore. I was blown away, it's like looking out over an ocean. My wife's uncle had a place out towards Pultneyville and the house was on the lake there. Sometimes when we would be up there over Christmas and the wind was howling... good lord that was cold. I know I wouldn't want to be out on it in a small craft.

I hope you are feeling better in short order.

But, I think if you had drilled a really deep hole through that ice on deck, you could have gone ice fishing. :-)
