Unless it was an especially expensive stick, toss it.

I'd smoke it without hesitation... and I don't let my dog lick my face. But that has more to do with his dragon breath than any kind of germaphobia.
Wasn't there a whole thread dedicated to wetting cigars? Maybe we should consider the dog bowl dunking as an alternate method.

I'd smoke it, no second thoughts. If you'd puff, puff, pass at a herf, I wouldn't worry about a moment's splashdown in the dog's bowl.

Without hesitation, but I've shared ice cream with dogs before.

I let my dog drink out of my water glass. A little dog spit isn't a worry. Let the cigar dry and go for it.
Now mind you, it is fully aged after that 3 seconds so any longer is a waste of time. I read that some place recently.

Just think of it as a puff puff pass with your dog, enjoy it brother.

All I can think of is from the Simpsons episode at the Duff Factory:
HOMER: Mmm. Bold, refreshing, and something I can't put my finger on.
[Cut to the Red Tick Beer Brewery. Three dogs are swimming around in the beer. A man tastes it.]
MAN: Mmm, needs more dog.

Since you had just refilled the bowl, and I assume you cleaned it before adding more water. I don't think there is a big deal with smoking it. Just cut the soaked end and light it up.

Knowing my luck I'd grab something that looked like the stogie but wasn't.
On the other note , I'm at a fence here, I'd probably grab it if it fell in a dog dish but then I also think what if it fell in a toilet and my mind says hey same thing i find both disgusting and once i think that I realize I'm to monkish to even smoke it out of a dog bowl.

Glad it tasted good wonder of you got flavor from whatever his mouth tasted when drinking from the bowl

[quote=Mugen910;1080462]I've heard that many times...but we brush our teeth and don't go licking ourselves.

....and don't go licking ourselves....
That's because if we could, we would never leave the damn house!
Smoke it!

Fire it up and work with it... if it tastes bad, then toss it!

If it was someone else's dog, dog bowl... I would have to think about it. But if it landed in MY dogs bowl... and the Cigar can still be smoked... Im smoking it.
The cigar will burn any germs, anyway.

I'm not a germ freak or any bit health conscious so I would definitely lit it up. My cats eat some of my food sometimes (hey it happens they are quick) and I still eat it. I'm not tossing out a steak because a cat licked or took one bite off it. So this to me wouldn't be a big deal. That said my cats are very clean and healthy.
