Thanks guys! I'll look up the web site for the bibs. I was thinking of getting her some bibs for training, and letting her pick her set up for events.

Every day at the gym, missed about 4 days since Dec 1st last year, doing a lot of cardio and some light weights to build lean muscle.
I'm a huge shadow of my former self with so much more to go, it's really a life style change nothing that I will be able to stop doing, old and no metabolism to speak of means I have to keep working it off or hoping to break even at some point.
Oh and the SoCal shirt from last year that I got and was so small ... well it was too small let's just say that, wore it comfortably today (and to a S.H.I.T. herf last week but even in a week I could tell a difference).
For the record still fat, just not as fat.

181.9. Slowly but surely. Thats 8.1lb in 6 weeks. Healthy. I really want to get under 180.5 this week.
Swimming is back! I am doing 2000yds in JUST under 40 mins.
Running is coming back. Getting my 6 miles in just under an hour.
Registering for 2 Olympic Tris very soon. West Point Lake in Georgia and the Chattanooga Waterfron. Probaly a couple springs in the area too.

Yes, Chip sounds like your program is working!
I've been hitting the trails lately pretty regularly, did about twenty miles this weekend on the MTB up at Tahoe. It seemed like my miles were low compared to others yet I'm pretty worked. Of course that's climbing hills at altitude and all. My wife is starting to get back into tri shape this week, her job was extremely stressful, so she quit. This will be the first time she won't have a job since we met. She'll take some time and train for tri's again.
Me? Well I just want to be trim, and have the energy to ride MTB's and some moto like I used to!

Well I just returned from a MT bike 9 mile little sprint climb, averaged less than 11 minutes per mile, I think I was around 10 minutes 34 seconds per mile. While I think that sounds pretty slow I'm sticking to the most technical rocky climbs and descents, so it feels fast at least! Yup I'd say I'm pretty happy with my goals, much better cardio than 6 months ago, not sure about weight, but my pants aren't tight so I'm good there, lung capacity and energy levels are much higher since starting back.
