Super strong back day, my best day on T-bar rows in months. Hit everything heavy, barbell rows, cable rows, extra wide pulldowns. Back is shredded.

Went last night. I usually warm up on the elliptical for 30-60min. But the elliptical faces the court and on the court was a women's volleyball tournament. I didn't want to be the old creeper watching the game.

So just went and did some squats, neck work out and some complexes.

Strong leg and shoulder day today, really rocked the traps and rear delts too.

Last 2 dinners have consisted of Chicago deep dish, chicken wings, donut-ice cream. I need the elliptical and hot volley chicks to cure me.

Wait a minute....donut ice cream? What is this Heavenly concoction you speak of? I'm not the fuzz anymore, so I can try it. Think I might pour that Fruit Loops flavored vodka over it as well.

Last day before I head out to Vegas tomorrow.

Just hit basic lifts

Deads 4x4 - worked on double over grips for heavy sets @375
Pause front squats 4x4 - solid 2-3 seconds @225
Incline bb 4x5 - tried to keep it semi heavy @185 without going to failure
Bb OHP 4x5 - nothing crazy just light work 135

Nice, Huy. Have a blast in Vegas!

Cold didn't take full hold, did kind of a half-assed leg workout to avoid taxing my recovery too much. Arms tomorrow, then I have to take Saturday off for an out of town wedding. Might just take Sunday off too.

Well, that arm workout kinda sucked. :-)

Actually it was really the bi workout that sucked. I was mentally into it but my body was cooperating with either strength or gas. Did the best I could, but definitely ready for a day or two off.

Cambered bar curls 5 sets
Olympic bar curls 4 sets
Preacher curls 4 sets

Tris went a lot better, in both strength and endurance. So I got that, which was nice.

Close grip bench 5 sets
Skull crushers 5 sets
Cable pushdowns 4 sets

Working out vicariously through you guys this weekend, gimmie sumpthin', huh? :-)
