My shirt was drenched. Asked by the in laws if I did cardio, I laughed and said yes, lift fast.
Just went really heavy on squats
Squats @ 375 5x3
Pause squats @235 3x6 
Lying leg curls - calf raises ( no idea why) 6x15

Got "rewarded" for doing chest on a Monday, not a bench to be had so I had to get creative with exercises til the very end. Still got a good one in.
Back and some hamstrings today. Saving quads til I have a couple non-hockey days in a row.

Took 3 days off. Surplused my calories this weekend, not on purpose but hey, Dr.Dans was well worth it.
Hit bAck today and I was surprised how awesome it was.
Deads 405 working sets
Db rows
Seated wide grip row - pull ups
Finished up with some arms.

Back today, lots of row.
Met this old 72 man, just rowing 315 like nothing.
Former elite power lifter. Guy was insane. Said he's slowed down a lot last 10 years but still benches 405. Chatted with him for a while And picked his brain on some techniques.
