Crushed it on the chest/back supersets on Tuesday.

Bench press / Bent over rows
Incline bench / T-bar rows
Machine flyes / Cable rows

Light legs yesterday, lots of volume

Shoulders and arms shortly

Fronts
Heavy leg presses - never really cared to go too heavy but my inner Tom told me to
Seated curls
Bulgarian split squats - just body weight

Threw in some side delts

Finally started working out with an abdominal binder. Kind of sucks while doing cardio and while breathing, but all light weights and high reps for me.

Kind of funny squatting bar only as big as I am.

Felt the gas so did the supersetting again, Switched up some exercises, or order some were in.

Incline bench - Wide grip pulldowns
Bench press - Barbell rows
Vertical bench - Cable rows
Machine flyes - T-bar rows
Finished with some rear delts and dead hangs.

Fronts - hit some doubles at 275. First time hitting heavy fronts in a while.
Seated leg extensions - Bulgarian split squats
Lying leg curls - hacksquats

Tore up back yesterday, weight and volume. See how much gas I have today, skipping legs and doing shoulders (+?) as I have a game at 6:50PM.

Db pull overs - incline db flies

Finished up with some tris and bis. Had a really nice pump
