the Wife and I just took my son to see Jack Black in Gulliver's Travels... not a blockbuster movie of course, but not a waste of 10$ either....pretty decent flick that had its moments.

Just don't want to happen to Tom to what happened to my girl. She went in paying attention to the movie and when it ended was coming up with all sorts of theories because there was no way it could just be what it was.
Enjoy the movie. I thought it was BadAss.

I guess I should've elaborated more in my response because you're right. My advice to pay attention was for the beginning of the movie where concept is explained. Like you said, they lay it all out in front of you. All you have to do is follow along.

My wife got me Batman Begins and The Dark Knight DVDs for Christmas. I was really looking forward to watching them on the new TV. Unfortunately, they're both Special Widescreen (read: artificially letterboxed) editions. Also the "Special Features" consist of the trailers.

Went this past weekend to the movies and watched Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Meh. I enjoyed the first two if but for nothing else, they stayed pretty true to the books. This one, there was times I didn't even know what I was watching.

I believe I saw that was available on Netflix streaming, if I'm thinking of the same movie. Haven't watched it yet, but it looked .... intriguing.
Watched "Unthinkable" with Sam Jackson.

The Other Guys - I had no expectations and I thought it was hilarious. Lines kept popping into my head today and making me laugh.
